LEKH NATH JHA
Whole-Time Director
Mr. Lekh Nath Jha was appointed to the Board of the Company on 19 April 1988. He serves as a
Whole-Time Director of the Company and possesses over 37 years of extensive experience in the
financial sector. He has been actively associated with the Company and is responsible for overseeing
and managing the financial affairs and duties of the Company.
SUBIR MUKHERJEE
Director
Mr. Subir Mukherjee was appointed to the Board of the Company on 12 April 2022. He is a Commerce
Graduate with over 37 years of experience across various fields. He was associated with I K Agencies
Pvt. Ltd. as an officer for more than a decade and possesses extensive knowledge of the line of
business of the Company. He has considerable experience in handling financial activities relating to
loans, investments, shares and securities, and mutual funds. Presently, he is serving as a Director
of I K Agencies Pvt. Ltd.
AJAY KUMAR CHANDAK
Director
He was appointed as a Director of the Company on 11 January 2021. He is a finance and accounts
professional with extensive experience in the areas of finance, accounting, corporate management,
and administration. During his professional career, he has held senior managerial positions,
including serving as DGM - Finance & Accounts from October 1999 to December 2002 and thereafter as
Vice President from December 2002 to February 2005. Presently, he is serving as Director in I K
Agencies Pvt Ltd and Free Press House Private Limited
ANIL VISHWAKARMA
Director
He was appointed as a Director of the Company on 11 October 2021. He possesses extensive experience
in the field of finance, accounts, and corporate administration. During his professional career, he
has worked in reputed organizations in accounting and financial management roles and has gained
valuable experience in handling accounts, financial operations, and administrative functions.
Presently, he is working as Manager - Accounts at Compac Printers Pvt. Ltd. since 2001. His vast
knowledge and experience in finance and accounting contribute significantly to the management and
operations of the Company.
RAMAVTAR BHANWARLAL SONI
Director
He was appointed as a Director of the Company on 11 October 2021. He possesses rich experience in the
field of finance, investments, and corporate management. Presently, he is associated with Indian
National Press (Bombay) Private Ltd., publishers of the newspapers Free Press Journal and Navshakti,
and is serving as Branch Manager at Delhi. He joined the organization in the year 2005 and has since
gained extensive experience in handling investment-related activities in the equity segment, mutual
funds, bonds, and loan transactions. His expertise in financial operations and investment management
contributes significantly to the affairs and management of the Company.
GAURAV GANDHI
Director
He was appointed as a Director of the Company on 18th August 2025. He holds a Master's degree in
Commerce and is a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant. Presently, he serves as the Finance Manager
at Publicity Society of India Pvt. Ltd., where he oversees the company's financial operations,
including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
He possesses extensive experience in finance and financial markets. His expertise and strategic
insights significantly contribute to the Company's financial management, governance, and overall
growth.
